General Terms and Conditions

1. General conditions for renting accommodation

1.1 Introduction

These general terms and conditions govern the relationship between the accommodation provider POHORSKA POTRV D.O.O., ZAGREBŠKA CESTA 20, 2000 MARIBOR (PE SMOLNIK 52B, RUŠE), SI FOR VAT: SI16156854 (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”) and guests who make a reservation of the apartment via:

  • pohorskapostrv.si websites (hereinafter referred to as the “Official” Website) with a built-in Brental plug-in (terms and conditions of the Brental platform apply)
  • partner platforms (Booking.com, Airbnb, Brental, etc.)
  • directly (via email or phone call)

By making a reservation, the guest confirms that he is familiar with and agrees with all the terms and conditions stated in this document and with any additional terms and conditions of individual platforms.

2. Reservation and payment

2.1 Booking channels

Reservations are accepted through the official website with the Brental plugin, partner platforms and directly via email or phone.

2.2 Booking confirmation

The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of confirmation by the selected platform or provider.

2.3 Payment terms

Platforms: the terms and conditions of each platform apply.
Direct bookings:

  • Advance payment of 30% upon confirmation
  • Rest no later than 4 days before arrival or by appointment
  • Payment method: bank transfer, credit card or negotiable

3. Cancellations and changes

3.1 Cancellation conditions

  • Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival
  • Non-refundable or in accordance with the policy of the individual portal through which the guest makes the reservation

4. Check-in and check-out

  • Check-in: from 15.00 onwards
  • Check-out: by 10.00
  • Changes possible by agreement

5. House rules

  • Smoking is not allowed in the apartments
  • Pets allowed only by prior arrangement
  • Peace between 22:00 and 7:00 must be respected
  • The guest is responsible for the damage caused

6. Protection of personal data

The guest agrees to the processing of data for the purposes of booking and stay. The data is stored in accordance with the law and is not passed on to third parties, unless required by law or the platform.

7. Responsibilities

The provider is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of personal property. It is committed to providing clean and functional accommodation. In case of breakdowns, a quick solution is promised.

8. Complaints

The guest must report the defects no later than 24 hours after arrival. Complaints after this deadline will not be taken into account.

9. Tourist tax

The fee is calculated in accordance with local regulations and is not included in the price, unless otherwise stated by the platform.

10. Emergency situations

In the event of force majeure, the Provider reserves the right to cancel or change the reservation without the obligation to refund.

11. Final provisions

The Terms and Conditions are available on the Provider’s website and are subject to change. The court in Maribor has jurisdiction for all disputes.
